LORENE LAB: State-of-art analysis

Lorene has invested in a laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art imported machinery, unique in Brazil, in order to analyze the noble and precious metals. Uniquely-trained professionals are responsible for handling the equipment the equipment and preparing the reports. Machines for X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry precisely indicate the type of metal contained in the scrap, the metal's state and its quantity.

Other sophisticated and automated instruments are the grinders, quartering equipment, muffles, ovens and Karl Fischer apparatus.

The samples are submitted to more than one analysis, in different machines, to reach the most precise result. If necessary, some of these samples are sent to other labs abroad.

This analysis process guarantees the quality of the diagnosis and that of the traded material; certificates are issued to confirm that the material is environment friendly
